Nigerian superstar Wizkid has rendered an apology to his fans and all patrons who attended his “Wizkid Live Concert” show yesterday.
Ghanaians and some Nigerians have called out the superstar Wizkid after he stood his fans up yesterday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Some patrons have called for the arrest of Wizkid for refusing to show up while others have also demanded a refund from the event organizers. According to the event organizers, Wizkids’ failure to attend the show was a breach of contract.
Breaking his silence, Wizkid has taken to his Twitter page to render an apology to his fans and has said that his failure to attend the event was not intentional.
Wizkid added that his brand is too huge to drag into the mud. However, there were no safety and production issues that prevented him from showing up.
