The popular Ghanaian musician Mzbel has been struck by a tragic loss as her mother has passed away.
The incident is believed to have occurred on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
Mzbel made the heartbreaking announcement through a post on her social media accounts, sharing never-seen-before photos of her mother.
She accompanied the photos with the poignant caption, “Rest in power, mummy.”
Mzbel had lost her father, Mr Albert Amoah two years ago.
