The controversial U.S.-based Ghanaian political and social commentator Twene Jonas has unleashed a fiery attack on Kennedy Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, in a new video.
In the video, Jonas calls Kennedy Agyapong all sorts of derogatory names and insults him. He accuses Agyapong of being a “foolish elder” and criticizes him for supporting Vice President Bawumia, whom Jonas claims is incompetent and has failed the people.
Jonas goes on to question Agyapong’s integrity, reminding him of his previous boasts about not needing money, saying, “After all your bragging that if they gave you a million dollars, you wouldn’t take it, why have you now accepted the money and are supporting them?” He slams Agyapong for now praising Bawumia, despite having previously condemned him, and accuses him of trying to spin Bawumia’s failures into successes.
Twene Jonas doesn’t hold back, warning Kennedy Agyapong to stop “fooling” around by supporting President Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, and their associates. “Are you all foolish? Can’t you see the country is going downhill?” Jonas demands, ending his rant with a scathing critique of the current state of governance in Ghana.
