The embattled Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold Ghana Limited Nana Appiah Mensah has been re-arrested in Dubai after he won a case in the country. The public relation officer of Menzgold ,Nii Armh Amaterfio disclosed to Accra News on Wednesday that the re-arrest was ordered by Ghanaian authorities.This was after the Interpol in Ghana issued an alert that he was being investigated, Mr Amarteifio said. The court on Tuesday 9 April 2019 ordered Horizon Diamonds which had issue with the Mensgold CEO to pay him all outstanding debts. NAM1 has been in the custody of the Dubai authorities since November 2018 over a gold deal business that went wrong which he was charge with fraud. He went to the United Arab Emirate to receive a huge amount of money to pay the client of Menzgold that had their investment locked up with the company and only to be arrested by Dubai authorities.
